History

Formed in 2004 with the foresight to strengthen position as leading manufacturer and service provider in the field of Natural Gas industry, Greenglobe started its journey as a distributor and installer of automobile alternative fuel conversion systems and CNG cylinder testing station and have converted large volumes of vehicles like cars, buses, taxis and auto rickshaws on LPG and CNG.

As the scenario of alternative fuel usage widely accepted and government policies favouring more use of cleaner fuel in all the essential sectors like domestic, industrial and automobile segments, Greenglobe started designing, development and production of Natural Gas Regulators mainly for Domestic Application and Automobile CNG Regulators in 2007. The Natural Gas distribution companies encouraged and supported for development of more products and equipment after their satisfying on performance and economic of products developed and supplied by Greenglobe and many of products which were being imported from various countries.

With the team of design engineers and experience professions, many products like high pressure and low-pressure gas regulators, Modules and Skids, CNG regulators, CNG Filling components, Dispenser and compressor spares and many such allied products and equipment spares were successfully developed and supplied with the utmost quality and safety requirements. More and more Indian and international Natural Gas Distribution companies started approving and accepting Greenglobe manufactured products which are manufactured, inspected, tested, certified and approved as per National and International Specifications and norms. GAS REGULATORS AND GOVERNORS:

Greenglobe produces large range and capacity of Gas Regulators/Gas Governors suitable for Domestic, Industrial, Commercial and Automobile applications. Each type of Gas Regulator is designed and manufactured considering various aspects of flow, pressure and safety parameters as well as robust and structural design to provide consistent performance and durability. Gas Regulators are developed as per the end use requirement with either single stage or double stage pressure reductions along with all safety parameters to ensure high performance by providing consistent flow and pressure as per design factors.

Greenglobe manufactured Gas Regulators are conforming to various National and International Standards and Specifications like EN:88(1&2), EN:334, EN: 13611, ISO:15500 and many customers designed technical data sheets. Gas Regulators are Inspected, approved and certified by Fluid Control Research Institute (FCRI), International Centre for Automotive Technology (ICAT), SGS India as well as country wise approval from Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS), MIGAS-Indonesia, and also approved and accepted by customers as per their own specifications and standards.

GAS REGULATOR MODULES AND SKID:

Greenglobe manufactures various range and capacity of Gas Regulator Modules / Skids mainly for Industrial or Commercial applications. These modules are designed as per customer specification and requirements either with threaded forged fittings or welded pipe fittings. Gas Regulator Modules/Skids mainly consist of Gas Regulators, Forged Fittings, Pipe Fittings, Gas Filters, Ball Valves or Flanged Valves, Pressure Gauge, Gas Relief Valves etc. duly fabricated and mounted on steel structure with either Fibre reinforced Plastic (FRP) enclosure or Steel Canopy.

Gas Regulator Modules are supplied duly approved and Certified by inspection agencies as per Data Sheet and Quality Assurance Plan. The Gas Regulator Modules are mainly supplied in the flow range starting from 10 SCMH to 250 SCMH flow with single or double streams as per customer specification and designs.

MECHANICAL DIAHRAGM GAS METERS AND SMART METERS:

Greenglobe Designed and developed ‘GRECO’ brand of Diaphragm Gas meters in its state of art manufacturing and calibration facility. The Gas Meters are Type G1.6, G2.5, and G4 with both steel and aluminium housing which are suitable for Domestic and Commercial applications mainly with a purpose for measuring accurate flow-rate of both Piped Natural Gas (PNG) or Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

Diaphragm Gas Meters are manufactured and calibrated under high accurate process control method and having high wear resistance, low water absorption, low friction, high inner stability which ensures the accurate performance of gas meters. Gas Meters operates with mechanical transmission methodology, which is very reliable and accurate. Gas Meters are equipped with the mono-directional register with the anti-reverse device to protect gas meter for temper proof operation.

Gas Meters manufactured by Greenglobe are conforming international specification EN:1359 and OMIL: R137 having EU type Examination Certification and CE certification from Czech Metrology Institute (CMI) for product as well as manufacturing and Calibration facility (Module B and Module D). Gas Meters are accepted by Legal Metrology Department, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India and Maharashtra State Legal Department.

GRECO LoRa WAN/NB-IoT/GPRS IoT Smart Module is designed for Gas Authority to upgrade current Mechanical Gas Meter with Pulse Output to Smart one, for Automatic Meter Data Upload by integrating LoRa WAN/GPRS/NB-IoT com. Technology inside. Aims to reduce the manually Meter reading labour cost, providing a comprehensive cost-effective solution for utilities to cater for the Smart IoT (Internet of Things).

More than 100,000 Nos. of CNG Cylinders installed in all types of vehicles as well as Gas Storage Cascades are tested and certified at one of the most modern test stations equipped with various testing and calibration instruments.
